CGNAT, dynamic IPs and double-NAT stop mattering, because the hub handles inbound reachability: forward ports on the hub side, run full-cone NAT, or take a dedicated address and skip forwarding entirely.

Both. nSolo gives one machine a dedicated static public IPv4 via 1:1 NAT. nColo gives you a BGP-routed public prefix (a /29 down to a /32) announced from Nekotopia's own address space, for running your own network of services. Neither is for sale; both are switched on after a conversation with the maintainer once you are using the mesh.
